1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
*30 mountain climbers after each round (15 each side)
*You will do the following exercises in ascending, then descending reps. After each round, you will get down and to 30 mountain climbers. Example - Round 1: 1 Burpee, 1 Air Squat, 30 Mtn Climbers. Round 2: 2 Burpees, 2 Air Squats, 30 Mtn Climbers…and so on.
