We offer Olympic weightlifting classes for competitors, CrossFit enthusiasts, and athletes looking to boost their performance. Our classes focus on refining techniques in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

We have several options to fit different needs:
Unlimited access classes: $150/month
2 days/week classes: $100/month
10-class punch card: $110
Remote coaching: $150/month

Our classes are held at Tomahawk CrossFit, located at 1523 E 3rd St, Tulsa, OK 74120.

Yes, we partner with a nutrition coach from Broken Arrow Sports Nutrition to provide meal planning and nutrition guidance.

We use the SugarWOD app to measure and track the progress of our members.
