  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 5-min AMRAPx3:

    *2.5 min rest in between the AMRAPs.

    10 Push ups

    10 Dips

    10 Lateral Lunges (5 each side)

    *Today you have three, 5-minute AMRAPs (“As Many Rounds As Possible”). You will complete as many rounds (+ reps) of the given exercises with a 2.5 minute rest in between AMRAPs. This is a 2:1 work-to-rest ratio. Score each AMRAP separately and see if you can keep a consistent score across each AMRAP. Post your scores in the comments!
