  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 10-minute Plank hold (with a twist!)

    You’re going to continuously do sets of a plank hold for as long as you can until all of your plank sets reach 10 minutes cumulated. Every time you drop, you have to do 7 Burpees. For example, if you can only do planks one minute at a time, you will end up doing 10 planks at 1 minute to reach 10 minutes (but you would also do 63 burpees [9 sets of 7]).

    So if you do a 10-minute plank, you don’t have to do any burpees at all (and we know everyone hates burpees).

    *Extra credit: If you’re really good at planks and that wasn’t enough for you, go outside and get a walk/jog/run in!
