  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 6 Rounds for time:

    20 Flutter Kicks (10 each side)

    20 Glute Bridges

    then…

    2-minutes of Jumping Jacks

    *You will complete 6 rounds of the 2 given exercises then go Immediately into jumping jacks - get as many as you can in 2 minutes. Put how many you did in the comments!
