  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 5-min AMRAPx3 (2.5 minute rest in between):

    Air Squats

    Mountain Climbers

    Sit ups

    *You will do three, 5-minute AMRAPs with a 2.5 minute rest in between. Make sure you start from the beginning each time. Try to keep your score consistent and don’t forget to post what you got in the comments!
