    Today we will do something a little different. Today I want you to get outside and jog. If the weather is bad where you live, I want you to replace this with Jumping Jacks—

    For the jog, you’re going to jog at a light pace (but faster than a walk) for as long as you can go without stopping. Make sure you bring a watch or timer with you. When you can’t go any longer, look down at how long that took and then I want you to walk for that same amount of time. Repeat this for 12 rounds.
