First workout of the week!

  1. General Warm up 1

    • 3 Rounds:

      20 Bicycle Kicks (10 each side)

      10 Push Ups

      10 OH Standing Lunge (5 each side - reach hands overhead or use a weight)

      *After 3 rounds go right into…

    • 3 minutes:

      Burpees! (max reps in 3 minutes)

  2. Stretch
