    10 Sit ups

    40 Mountain Climbers (20 each side)

    *For 10 minutes, you will cycle through the given exercises for as many rounds as you can. Your score will be [# of completed rounds] + [# of reps into the next round] — example: you completed 5 whole rounds and finished on 7 sit-ups into the 6th round. Your score will be 5+17 (10 dips + 7 sit ups).
