  1. General Warm up 1

  2. For time — 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of:

    Burpees

    Sit ups

    then…

    10-min jog/walk

    *You will do ascending reps each round of the given exercises starting with 1 and moving up one rep at a time until you get to 10. After you complete the ascending reps you will go out for a 10-min jog/walk. If you can’t jog for 10 minutes straight, try to go in timed intervals (I.e. jog 1 min, walk 1 min).
