10 Thrusters
10 Reverse Crunches
20 Russian Twists (10 each side)
*You will do 4 rounds of the given set of exercises. If you have something for weight on the thrusters and russian twists, try to use them — even if you don’t have dumbbells you can try to get something for weight. Keep a consistent pace! Don’t forget to post your time in the comments!
