  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 3 rounds for max reps:

    30s Mountain Climbers

    30s rest

    30s Burpees

    30s rest

    30s Lateral Lunges

    30s rest

    *This is a 1:1 work-to-rest ratio. Get as many reps in as you can each of the 30-second intervals. Follow each 30s WORK interval with a 30s REST interval. Add up all of your reps combined. Don’t forget to post your score in the comments!
