REPEAT WORKOUT! 10-rounds, on-the-minute:
10 Plank Marches (5 each side)
10 Air Squats (Squat jumps if you’re feeling good!)
*At the top of each minute, you will do the reps of the given exercises as fast as you can. Rest for the remainder of the minute for 10 total rounds. For example, if it takes you 25 seconds to do the 20 reps, you will have 35 seconds to rest before doing another round. This is a repeat workout from Week 7 | Day 35.
