Plank Marches
*Start off with the run/jog/walk for 10 minutes. Immediately following, you will do the given reps for each of the exercises. For example, the first round will be 20 reverse lunges (10 each side) then 20 plank marches (10 each side), the second round will be 16 and 16, and so on. Put your time in the comments (include the 10 minute run).
