  2. For time, complete 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 of:

    Lateral Lunges

    Burpees

    Sit ups

    Squat Jumps

    *Up the ladder, down the ladder! You will do the given exercises starting with 2 reps at each one. Then you will do 4 at each exercise, then 6, and so on. Count the lunges as one side counting as one rep. Post your time in the comments!
