  2. 6-min AMRAPx3(*2-min rest in between):

    30 Mountain Climbers

    20 Bicycle Kicks

    10 Lunges (5 each side)

    *Complete the given exercises as many times as possible in 6 minutes. You will do this 3 different time with a 2 minute rest in between each 6-minute segment. Start from the beginning each time. Post your score in the comments!
