  1. General Warm up 1

  2. Tabata! (:20s on/:10s rest x 8 rounds):

    Alternate between —

    Air Squats

    Push ups

    *So you will do as many reps as you can in 20 seconds alternating between air squats and push ups. The first 20 seconds you will do Air Squats, then rest 10 seconds and do push ups for as many reps as you can. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.

  3. Interval Run: 60 seconds jogging, 60 seconds walking for 10 rounds.

  4. Stretch
