  1. General Warm up 1

  2. For time:

    5-min Jog

    then…5 rounds for time:

    10 Push ups

    10 Sit ups

    then…5-min Jog

    *Let that first 5 min jog be a warm up pace then come right in and get into the 5 rounds. Try to push yourself a little harder on the second 5-min jog! Post your time in the comments!
