  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 15-min AMRAP (“as many rounds as possible”):

    10 Burpees

    20 Reverse Lunges (10 each side)

    30 Russian Twists

    *You will do the given set of exercises for as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes. Add in the reps into the next round for your score. Example: you do 5 rounds + 6 burpees - your score is “5 + 6”. Try to keep a consistent pace and post your score in the comments!
