  2. 5-min AMRAPx2:

    10 Air Squats

    40 Mountain Climbers (20 each side)

    *You will have two, 5-minute AMRAPs with a 2 min rest in between. Cycle through these two exercises as many times as you can for 5 minutes, rest for 2 minutes, then start back up for another 5-min AMRAP. Count the score as # of rounds + # of reps.
