    30-sec rest

    30-sec Flutter Kicks (right-left = 1)

    30-sec rest

    *You will do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds of the given exercise followed by a 30-second rest. Repeat for 3 total rounds! Add up all of your reps at the end and post your score in the comments!
