Challenging yourself everyday is an exciting way to live!

  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 4 RFT (“rounds for time”):

    5 Burpees

    10 Sit ups

    15 Air Squats

    Rest for the same amount of time it took you to complete the round. Repeat for 4 rounds.

    *4 rounds of the given exercises. Upon completing the Air Squats, check to see how long it took you to do the 3 exercises and rest for that same amount of time before starting a new round.

  3. Stretch
