4 weeks! Let’s get it done!

  1. General Warm up 1

  2. Repeat workout* - Every 2 minutes for 8 rounds:

    5 Burpees

    10 Split Squats (5 each side)

    20 Jumping Jacks

    *This is a repeat workout from January 21st (“Week 2 | Day 10”) Every 2 minutes you will complete the given exercises. Use the remainder of the time to rest until the next 2-minute mark occurs. Complete a total of 8 rounds. If you don’t complete the exercises within 2 minutes, take a minute rest and start again on the 2-minute pattern.
