Happy Monday! Get the week started off right!

  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 4 Rounds for time:

    10 Air Squats

    20 Flutter Kicks (10 each)

    30 Mtn Climbers (15 each)

    then…

    1-min Run in place

    *Complete the 4 rounds of the 3 given exercises then go directly into 1 minute of running in place. Don’t forget to post your time!

  3. Stretch
