10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time:
Thrusters (use DBs or BB if you have it)
Dips
*You will do 10, 9, 8, 7… reps of the two exercises. If you have something you can use for some weight on the Thrusters, great. If not, that’s ok just push and extend your arms overhead when you come out of the squat. Use a chair or couch for the dips. Post your time in the comments!
