  1. General Warm up 1

  2. For rounds & reps/time:

    40 Sit ups

    then a 8 min AMRAP:

    30 Jumping Jacks

    30 Russian Twists (15 each side)

    then…

    40 Sit ups

    *Buy in/Buy out! With this style workout, you’re going to start off with 40 sit ups, then immediately following the sit ups you’ll go right into a 8-min AMRAP. Immediately following the AMRAP, you’re going to go right into finishing with 40 sit ups! So For this workout you can score both your time AND your rounds and reps for the AMRAP!
