  2. You’re going to continuously do sets of a plank hold for as long as you can until all of your plank sets reach 10 minutes cumulated. Every time you drop, you have to do 7 Squat Jumps. For example, if you can only do planks one minute at a time, you will end up doing 10 planks at 1 minute to reach 10 minutes (but you would also do 63 Squat Jumps [9 sets of 7]).

    So if you do a 10-minute plank, you don’t have to do any Squat Jumps at all (and we know everyone hates Squat Jumps).
