  2. 12-min AMRAP:

    20 Split Squats (10 each side)

    20 Reverse Crunches

    60s Jumping Jacks

    *For 12 minutes you will do the given exercises for as many rounds as you can. Note that the jumping jacks are for 60 seconds, not for 60 reps. Try to keep a consistent pace for each round and control your breathing. Post how many rounds you got in the comments!
