  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 3 Rounds for reps [REPEAT WORKOUT]:

    1-minute Jumping Jacks

    1-minute Russian Twists

    1-minute Mountain Climbers

    1-minute Flutter Kicks

    1-minute Rest

    *Complete as many reps as possible of each exercise within the minute. There is not rest time between each minute. There will be a 1 minute rest to complete each round before starting back at the top. REPEAT WORKOUT FROM “WEEK 7 | DAY 31”.
