  2. Do 100 reps of something!

    *Today is a little different — you will do 100 reps of any exercise throughout the day. You can do 10 at a time every few minutes. Maybe you could watch your favorite show on TV and do as many reps as you can during commercial breaks or if you’re like me and don’t watch regular TV then you can just do 20 reps after each episode of whatever show (maybe I shouldn’t be condoning so much TV-watching). However you want to do it, this is a good opportunity to test your self discipline!
