  2. 10-min AMRAP:

    10 Alternating Lunges

    12 Sit ups

    14 Bench Dips

    *For 10 minutes you will try to complete the maximum amount of rounds of the given set of exercises. Lunges are 5 each side. For bench dips you can use a chair or the couch or something of the like. Post your scores in the comments!
