1-minute Air Squats
1-minute Reverse Crunches
1-minute Alternating Forward Lunges
1-minute Rest
*Cycle through these exercises and try to get as many reps as possible for each minute. No rest In between exercises. Set up a clock and start each exercise at the top of each minute. Rest for 1 minute after the lunges. Score is total reps accumulated. Post your score in the comments!
