  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 3 Rounds for reps:

    *This will be 20 seconds of work intervals followed immediately by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise.

    :20 Lunges

    :10 rest

    :20 Push Ups

    :10 rest

    :20 Crossover V-ups

    :10 rest

    :20 Bicycle Kicks

    :10 rest

    *Note the colon before the number — that number means the number of seconds, not reps. You will do 20 seconds of lunges then rest for 10 seconds; then 20 seconds of push ups followed by 10 seconds of rest, and so on. This is only 3 rounds but it’s a burner! The whole workout will only take 6 minutes! This will be scored by the total amount of reps that you get in the entire workout.
