  1. General Warm up 1

  2. Tabata (alternate between these 2 exercises):

    *20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest for a TOTAL of 8 rounds(4 rounds of each exercise)

    Mountain Climbers

    Air Squats

    then….

    5-minutes:

    Interval run/jog: 30-second jog, 30-second walk

    *Complete the Tabata workout (alternating between the 2 exercises) then grab your phone or watch and take off outside (if you can) and alternate between a 30-second jog and a 30-second walk for a total of 5 minutes. If you can go longer, go for it! If you can’t go outside or it’s too cold then do an in-place run followed by a walk around in the house. HAVE FUN!
