  1. General Warm up 1

  2. Every 2 minutes for 8 rounds (REPEAT WORKOUT*):

    5 Burpees

    10 Split Squats (5 each side)

    20 Jumping Jacks

    *THIS IS A REPEAT WORKOUT FROM WEEK 2 | DAY 9! SEE IF YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN LAST TIME!

    *Every 2 minutes you will complete the given exercises. Use the remainder of the time to rest until the next 2-minute mark occurs. Complete a total of 8 rounds. If you don’t complete the exercises within 2 minutes, take a minute rest and start again on the 2-minute pattern.
