  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 4 rounds for time:

    10 Seated knee-ups

    10 Supermans

    10 Overhead Squats (hold hands overhead or hold a weight)

    *Complete 4 rounds of the given exercises for time. If you have a bar, dumbbells or just something you can use for weight, try holding the weight overhead for the overhead squats.

  3. Stretch
