  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 7-minute AMRAPx2 (3-minute rest):

    20 Air Squats

    12 Crossover V-ups (6 each side)

    10 Push ups

    *Do the given exercises for as many rounds + reps as you can for 7 minutes. Take a 7-minute rest, then repeat. Keep track of your score for each AMRAP separately and see if you can at least keep the same score for both AMRAPs!
