  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1:

    Burpees

    Dips (use chair/couch/bench)

    Supermans

    *You will do descending reps of the given set of exercises. Start with 10 reps for all three exercises then 9 then 8, and so on until you finally finish with 1 rep of each at the end. Your score will be the time you get it done.
