  1. General Warm up 1

  2. *REPEAT WORKOUT - On-the-minute, for 10 minutes, complete:

    20 Jumping Jacks

    20 Mtn Climbers (10 each side)

    *Complete 20 Jumping Jacks and 20 Mtn Climbers at the top of every minute. You will use the remainder of that minute to rest. If you don’t complete the required work before the top of the next minute, take a minute off and pick up on the next one. Still try to get 10 sets though. SEE IF YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN LAST TIME! (Week 1 | Day 5)
