  1. General Warm up 1

  2. 5 Rounds for time:

    10 Air Squats

    20 Plank Marches (10 each side)

    2-min Run (run 1 minute out and 1 minute back)

    *For time: 5 rounds of the given exercises as fast as you can get it done. If you can’t get outside to run, just run in place! Post your time in the comments!
